Returns / Refunds

Karmin offers a 21 day money back guarantee so if your not satisfied with your new item in any way just send it back for a full refund. If you would like to return your item please email cs@karmin.ca with a copy of your receipt and we will provide you with a return address.

Karmin offers a 21 return policy. You will have 21 days after delivery, if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us for return information at cs@karmin.ca


If I return my item under warranty will I be reimbursed for shipping costs?

Karmin does not cover the return shipping costs however, we will cover the cost to ship any replacement item.

Once we receive your return, Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

When you return your purchase to Karminhairtools.com by mail, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.

We do not accept any returns or refunds after the 21 period (21 days after delivery).

Karmin uses the best available technology and each product is inspected before it's released but just in case all Karmin items come with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty. If you are having any problems with your Karmin product please contact us at cs@karmin.cawith your receipt so we can help with a replacement.

Karmin offers free warranty replacements and free shipping for your replacement item. If you have an item under warranty simply contact us at cs@karmin.ca with your order number and we will issue you a free replacement. You will not be required to send the damaged item back. Please dispose of the damaged item.

Once we receive your warranty claim please allow upto 2 weeks to receive your replacement item.


If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us at cs@karmin.ca.

Karmin will pay for all returns and processing fees for any items that are damaged/defective or incorrect. We will have you send the item back and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Where are my products shipped from?

We have warehouses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Spain and Hong Kong so your product will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you.


What shipping couriers do you use?

We currently use DHL, Fedex and UPS express shipping. 


Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, we can ship to almost any country, to see which countries we ship to please visit our shipping details page.


How do I track my order?

To track your package, sign in here, go to "My Account" and review your Order History. If your item has shipped, tracking information will be added to your account.


Why does my order still show as processing?

If your order says "Processing", it is being prepared for shipping. If it says "Shipped", we've handed it off to a shipping carrier and you can view any available tracking information in your account.

If you do not have an account with us, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, you can and will have this option during checkout.


What are basic shipping costs?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders with standard delivery worldwide.


How much is international shipping?

Will I pay sales tax or customs on my international order?

Depending on your Country’s customs policy, yes, you may be charged tax or customs on your package. If you are located in the following countries you will not be charged: Canada, the United States, Colombia, China, and the United Kingdom.


What if I cannot be there to accept my parcel upon delivery?

If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier will leave a card with details as to where your parcel is. You can then contact them to arrange a mutually convenient time to re-deliver or alternatively arrange collection from a local post office.
